Engineer Issa Salman Issa bin Issa is a retired professional who previously worked as a specialized engineer and trainer, serving as the Head of the Mechanical Works Department at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training. Engineer Issa contributed to the development of training curricula at the Public Authority for Applied Education and led numerous academic and administrative committees, most notably those related to quality assurance and academic accreditation. Professionally, he has extensive experience in delivering specialized training courses, having presented numerous lectures in the fields of mechanical engineering, strategic planning, and the use of advanced engineering software. He has also participated in local and international conferences on education and technology development and has earned several recognized professional certifications. In addition to his professional work, he holds other positions as an imam and preacher at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and serves as a Sharia consultant for several charitable organizations.
